1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TaxArt website and services. TaxArt is operated by Design Hub Studio SRL, an Italian limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By using TaxArt or purchasing a service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The services

TaxArt provides English-language guidance on Italian property taxes, including:

• IMU Check & Calculation — calculation of IMU due based on the documents you provide.
• Property Tax Review — a broader review of your property tax position (IMU, TARI, communications, etc.).
• Informational content on the website and (with your consent) by email.

Our services are informational and advisory. We are not your tax representative (commercialista) or lawyer unless we agree this in writing. Our calculations and explanations are based on the documents you submit and the information you provide; they are not a substitute for formal fiscal or legal representation.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through the website and paid via Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable Italian VAT where required. A contract is formed when Stripe confirms successful payment and we display the document-upload step.

We rely on Stripe's payment infrastructure. By paying you also accept Stripe's terms with respect to the payment transaction itself.

4. Your documents and information

To deliver our services we require you to upload supporting documents (for example a visura catastale, IMU receipts, TARI bills, or municipality communications) and to provide accurate information about the property and your ownership.

By submitting documents you confirm that:

• The documents and information are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You are the legitimate owner of the property or otherwise legally authorised to submit those documents and to instruct us in relation to them.
• You will respond promptly if we ask for clarification or additional documents.

We are not liable for results based on inaccurate, incomplete or unauthorised information provided by you. Documents are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Delivery time

Once payment is confirmed and all required documents have been received, we typically deliver our calculation and explanation within 24 hours on business days. We may need additional time for complex situations or if further information is required.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under Italian consumer law (Codice del Consumo) consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting the service before the 14-day period expires — typically by uploading your documents so we can begin the work — you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.

If the service has not yet been provided and the 14-day period has not expired, you can request a full refund by emailing hello@taxart.it. If we cannot deliver the service for reasons attributable to us, we will issue a full refund.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate identification and contact details.
• Upload only documents you are entitled to share.
• Use the service for lawful purposes only.
• Keep the email address you provided active so you can receive the deliverables.

8. Intellectual property

The TaxArt website, branding, content and deliverables are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Design Hub Studio SRL. You may use the deliverables we send you for your personal property-tax matters but may not republish, resell or redistribute them without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for decisions taken solely on the basis of our guidance without independent professional advice where required.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Italian consumer law.

10. Newsletter and communications

Transactional emails (order confirmations, requests for missing information, completed calculations) are part of the service and will be sent regardless of marketing preferences. The newsletter is optional and only sent if you have explicitly opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time from any newsletter email.

11. Data protection

Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are governed by our Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to the service or terms

We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Where you act as a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU also apply. Any dispute will be subject to the competent court of the consumer's place of residence where required by law; otherwise the court of the registered office of Design Hub Studio SRL.
